Products Overview
Products are what you sell through checkout blocks on your Flo page — PDFs, templates, presets, shipped goods, or anything you fulfill yourself after payment. You create them in the dashboard, set pricing, attach them in the builder, and Flo handles checkout through Flo Payments.
This guide is the hub for the product catalog. Step-by-step guides live in the links at the bottom.
Not courses or memberships
Courses (lessons, modules, progress) and Memberships (tiers, hub, community) are separate areas in the dashboard with their own editors and blocks. This section is for Products under Dashboard → Monetize → Products.

Plan limits
Only live products count toward your product cap (Active / published on your catalog — not hidden drafts).

At the limit, New product becomes an upgrade prompt (Upgrade to add products). You can unpublish an old product to free a slot, or upgrade under Settings → Billing.

What you can sell
Digital download

Flo still collects payment for paid products when Flo Payments is active.
Membership (product type)
The product form includes a Membership type (Recurring access or community). For a full membership hub with tiers, billing, and fan portal access, use Dashboard → Monetize → Memberships instead. The product Membership type is mainly for legacy or simple cases; most creators should use the dedicated Memberships product.
The Products catalog page
When you open Products, you see:
Header
- Counts: total, live, draft, and earned revenue (catalog summary)
- Discounts — global coupon panel
- New product (or upgrade CTA at plan limit)
Quota card
- Active products (plan limit) — progress toward your cap
Summary bar
- Live on page, Units sold, Revenue, Catalog mix (e.g. digital vs physical counts)
Filters
- All | Downloads | Physical
- Search: Search products…
Each product card shows
- Live or Draft badge
- Type chip (Digital download, Physical, etc.)
- Price, Sold, Revenue
- Edit, Copy link to your Flo page, publish/unpublish toggle
- Optional discount badge (e.g. 20% off)
- Expand View analytics — lifetime revenue and total sales on that product
Warnings on the card (if checkout is not ready)
- Not connected to Stripe — connect Flo Payments under Settings → Flo Payments (wording on the card may mention Stripe; that is your earnings account)
- Subscription price not synced — save the product again after Flo Payments is Active, or wait for recurring prices to finish setup
Create and edit
Create a new product
Dashboard → Products → New product
- Back to products, Discard, Create product
- Publish immediately — Inactive products won't appear on your Flo page
- Preview — how the card looks in your grid
- Fields: Product image, Name (required, up to 200 characters), Description (optional, up to 2000), Product type, Delivery URL (digital only), Pricing
Success returns you to the catalog.

Edit an existing product
Click Edit on a card → Edit product slide-over → Save changes.
The slide-over includes:
- Same core fields as create
- Pricing — up to 3 price options (overview)
- Discounts — coupons scoped to this product
- Danger zone — delete only if the product has no sales
Live vs draft

Toggle from the card (Publish / Unpublish) or use Publish immediately when creating.
Unpublishing hides the product from new checkouts; it does not remove access for people who already bought (unless your delivery is entirely outside Flo).
Delete
- No sales — you can Delete permanently (confirm by typing the product name)
- Has sales — permanent delete is blocked; unpublish instead to hide it from your page. Existing buyers keep access per your delivery setup.
Pricing (summary)
Each product can have up to three price options — fans pick one at checkout when you offer more than one.

Every paid row supports You receive (guaranteed take-home) or Buyer pays (sticker price). Paid amounts must meet the minimum shown in the editor (Minimum $0.50 for paid prices on USD by default).
Free products are $0 one-time — no Flo Payments charge at checkout.
Deep dives:
If a price has active subscribers, changing amount or billing creates a new price for new buyers only — existing subscribers keep their current billing.
Put a product on your Flo page
Create or edit the product
Set name, delivery, pricing, and Live when you are ready.
Open the builder
Dashboard → your page → Builder.
Add a checkout block
+ Add block → choose:
- Digital download — PDFs, audio, templates
- Physical product — Ship a real thing (defaults toward manual delivery)
Both are checkout blocks; pick the product in block settings.
Configure the block
Headline, button label (Buy Now by default), show price/thumbnail, Price display (Exact, From, or Pay what you want display-only). Optional order bump / upsell on Creator+.
Connect Flo Payments
Settings → Flo Payments must be Active for any paid checkout (not required for $0 products).
Publish
Update live on your page.
Fans buy on your public page — they do not need a Flo account.
Discount codes
Create coupons from:
- Products → Discounts (all products or per-code scope), or
- Edit product → Discounts

You can attach products (and courses) to a membership Classroom from the hub — that is separate from the main product catalog.
Troubleshooting
