Orders

When someone buys a product on your Flo page, Flo records the sale, notifies you, and (for digital products) delivers the link. Flo does not use a separate Orders page — sales show up across Products, Wallet, and your notifications instead.

What counts as a product order

This guide is for one-time product checkouts (and free products) sold from Digital download or Physical product blocks. Courses, bookings, and memberships have their own sales views — see Products vs other sales below.

Where to see your sales

WherePathBest for
Products catalogDashboard → Monetize → ProductsUnits sold and revenue per product, quick totals
Wallet activityDashboard → Grow → WalletOverviewRecent buyers, amounts, Stripe receipt links
Home overviewDashboard home → Today's pulseLatest sales at a glance (when Flo Payments is ready)

There is no line-by-line order table under Products — use Wallet for the closest thing to an order list.

Products catalog — totals and per-product stats

Summary bar

At the top of Products, four cards summarize your catalog:

CardMeaning
Live on pageHow many products are published vs paused
Units soldAll-time purchase count across products (each completed checkout counts; order bumps count as a second sale on the bump product)
RevenueSum of recorded checkout totals when Flo has them; otherwise an estimate from list price × units
Catalog mixHow many digital, physical, course, or membership-type products you have

Each product card

On every live product card you see:

FieldMeaning
RevenueList price × Sold (quick estimate on the card)
SoldNumber of completed purchases for this product
TypeDigital, physical, etc.

Open the menu → View analytics to expand:

  • Lifetime revenue (same list-price × sales estimate)
  • A small trend chart
  • Total sales and currency

Exact amounts

For what actually hit your balance (after Flo fees) and per-charge detail, use Wallet → Overview. The Products page is optimized for catalog performance, not accounting exports.

Catalog header

The Products page header also shows total, live, draft, and a rough earned total — useful for a quick health check, not a tax report.

Wallet — recent activity (closest to an order list)

Dashboard → Grow → WalletOverview tab → Recent activity.

Each row is one paid charge on your Flo Payments account:

On the rowMeaning
Product namePulled from your Flo product when Flo can match the payment
BuyerEmail from checkout, partially hidden for privacy (for example j***@gmail.com) — if no email was collected
Green amountWhat you keep from that charge after Flo’s fee on the payment (not the fan’s gross total)
TimeHow long ago (for example 2h ago, 3d ago)
Receipt iconOpens Stripe’s receipt page in a new tab (when available)
  • Flo loads up to 25 recent sales; the list shows 10 first, then Show more.
  • Refunded charges are not listed here.
  • One payment that included an order bump appears as one charge for the combined amount, but Sold on each product can increase by one for the main product and one for the bump.

More detail: Wallet transactions · Wallet overview.

Earnings tab

When Flo Payments is Active, Wallet → Earnings shows a revenue summary (gross, sale count, refund count over a period) and charts. That is account-wide — not a per-order export.

What happens when an order completes

  1. Fan pays

Checkout finishes on your page (Flo Pay modal or hosted Card checkout). Stripe collects payment when the product is paid.

  2. Flo records the sale

Flo logs the purchase, updates analytics, and adds a row for the fan’s My Products library when an email is available.

  3. You get notified

Email: Someone just purchased [product name] with the buyer’s email when Stripe shared it.
Dashboard: Bell notification New sale — [product name].

  4. Fan gets access (digital)

For Digital download, Flo emails Here's your download with your Delivery URL when checkout included an email. See Digital delivery.

  5. Money moves

Proceeds show in Wallet (often pending first, then available per your payout schedule).

Manual delivery orders

Manual delivery products follow the same sale recording and notifications. Flo does not send a download link — the fan sees Manual delivery in My Products, and you fulfill using the buyer email from the sale notification.

What each “order” includes (behind the scenes)

You do not need to manage these fields — they explain what Flo tracks:

DataWhere you see it
ProductProducts card, Wallet row, notifications
Amount paidWallet (net to you); fan receipt shows what they paid
Buyer emailSale email, notification, Wallet (obfuscated), fan portal when they sign in with the same email
Date / timeWallet relative time; fan My Products shows purchase date
Discount codeStored on the sale for reporting — not shown in the Wallet activity list today
Order bumpExtra Sold on the bump product; optional Order bump — [name] notification
Post-purchase upsellSeparate charge and Upsell accepted notification; separate digital receipt if applicable

Fan side — My Products

Buyers can open:

https://myflo.link/[your-username]/portal/products

After signing in with the same email they used at checkout, they see purchases with Download (digital) or Manual delivery. That is their order history — not yours.

You do not manage fan portal orders from the creator dashboard; use sale notifications and Wallet for support.

Subscriptions and payment plans

Product subscriptions and payment plans are not the same as one-time orders:

PricingWhere ongoing sales appear
One-timeProducts Sold, Wallet Recent activity, sale notifications
SubscriptionWallet → Subscriptions tab (active subscribers, renewals)
Payment planRecurring installments — tracked with subscriptions-style billing, not as a new row in Products Sold for each installment

See Subscriptions and Payment plans.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds

Flo does not yet offer a Refund button on each product sale in the dashboard. To refund a product purchase today, use your Stripe Express dashboard (linked from Flo Payments settings) or follow your refund policy and process the refund there.

When a refund completes:

  • The sale may disappear from Wallet → Recent activity (refunded charges are filtered out).
  • Earnings can show a higher Refunds count in the summary.
  • The fan may lose access depending on your follow-up — Flo does not automatically revoke My Products for every refund today.

Creator-initiated refunds from Flo are planned; until then, treat Stripe as the source of truth for money-back.

Disputes

Card disputes appear under Wallet (disputes feed / banners when present). Respond using the dispute flow Stripe provides.

Coupons and order bumps

TopicEffect on orders
Discount codesLower charge amount when checkout supports codes (Coupons) — sale still appears in Wallet at the discounted net
Order bumpOne charge, two products may each gain +1 Sold; you may get two notifications
Post-purchase upsellSecond charge — second row in Recent activity

Managing products after sales

ActionRule
Edit product name, description, priceAllowed anytime — does not change past emails
Change Delivery URLUpdates My Products for all buyers; old receipt emails keep the old link — Digital delivery
UnpublishStops new sales; past buyers keep portal access
Delete productOnly if Sold is 0 — products with sales cannot be hard-deleted (deactivate instead)

Troubleshooting

IssueWhat to check
Sale missing from Products SoldPayment still processing; wrong product; sale was a course/booking/membership
Sale in Products but not WalletFlo Payments not Active; refresh Wallet; charge failed or was refunded
No buyer emailCheckout did not collect an email — follow up manually; fan may still pay
Buyer cannot find downloadDigital delivery — email, portal login, Delivery URL
Sold went up twice for one checkoutLikely order bump — one charge, two products
Revenue on card does not match WalletCard uses list price × units; Wallet shows net after fees and actual charge splits
Cannot delete productProduct already has sales — unpublish instead
Need full order exportUse Stripe reporting for charges; Flo does not export a CSV of all orders from Products today

Quick checklist after a launch

  1. Flo Payments Active for paid products
  2. Delivery URL tested (digital)
  3. Wallet → Overview open to watch Recent activity
  4. Notifications enabled so you see New sale
  5. Know how you will refund (Stripe) if needed
  6. Support path: buyer email from Wallet or sale email → resend link from Delivery URL or portal
