Wallet Overview

Dashboard → Grow → Wallet is where you track money from Flo Payments: what you earned, what is still clearing, what you can withdraw, and what already went to your bank.

You need a connected and verified Flo Payments account to see full Wallet features. If you have not finished setup, you get a short Set up your earnings account screen instead — Flo Payments setup.

Wallet is not your product catalog

Dashboard → Monetize → Products shows catalog stats. Wallet shows charges, balances, and payouts across products, bookings, courses, and memberships. For order-style detail per product, see Orders.

The page header shows today’s date. When your bank is linked, you may see Bank connected · ···· 1234 (last four digits). With Flo Payments active, a green Flo Payments active pill appears.

Withdraw in the header switches you to the Payouts tab (history and transfer status).

The Subscriptions tab shows a badge with your count of active subscriptions when that number is above zero.

Alerts you may see

Flo surfaces problems at the top of Wallet (above the tab content):

Resolve these before relying on new sales or payouts.

Overview tab

The default view when you open Wallet.

Balance cards (top row)

Three numbers — explained in depth in Wallet balances:

Card	Short meaning
Available to withdraw	Cleared balance; may still include booking money not payable yet
Pending	Recent sales still in the 7-day or 2-day settlement wait
All-time earnings	Lifetime net Flo has recorded since you joined

If balances cannot load, you see Balance unavailable.

When a transfer is in transit to your bank, a banner may show the total on the way and the expected deposit timing (standard deposit · Flo Payments).

Your payout plan

A summary card (Flo Payments active) with:

Row	What it shows
Schedule	Weekly (default every Friday), daily, monthly, or manual · on demand — Payout schedule
Payout hold	Your settlement tier (7-day new vs 2-day standard) and progress toward shorter delays — not the same as booking holds
Minimum payout	Floor for a scheduled run (e.g. $10 USD)

Change schedule and minimum in Settings → Payments (payout section).

Recent activity

A feed of your latest sales (up to 25 loaded; first 10 shown, then Show more):

On each row	Meaning
Amount	What you earned on that charge (positive)
Buyer	Email (partially hidden for privacy)
Product / label	What they bought when Flo has it
Time	How long ago
Receipt	Link to Stripe receipt when available

Empty state: Your first sale will appear here.

Disputes (when present)

If you have open disputes, a Disputes table appears below Recent activity with amount and status. Buyers can dispute card charges; Flo may hold funds until the case closes.

Earnings tab

Visible only when Flo Payments active. Use it for charts and on-demand withdrawals.

Revenue summary

Piece	What it does

This is analytics-style reporting — not the same as the three balance cards (those come from your live payments balance).

Pay out from Earnings

A Payouts card shows your Flo schedule and minimum, with Manage in settings → Settings → Payments (#payout-settings).

Control	When to use
Pay out now	Manual schedule, or anytime you want to pull eligible balance early (after holds and fees)
Instant payout	When your account qualifies — faster deposit, higher fee — Wallet fees

Flo pays out eligible available balance (not Pending, and not amounts still on booking hold). Fee estimates appear before you confirm.

Success refreshes Wallet; a short confirmation flash appears.

Payouts tab

History and status of money sent to your bank.

Timeline	Past transfers with status: Paid, In transit, Pending, Failed, etc.
Schedule context	When the next automatic run may happen (e.g. Fridays for weekly)

Use this tab after clicking Withdraw in the header, or to confirm whether last week’s run landed.

Failed payouts show here and may also trigger the red banner on load — fix bank details in settings, then wait for retry or use Pay out now on Earnings if your schedule is manual.

Subscriptions tab

Membership and other recurring Flo Payments subscriptions in one table.

Recurring revenue still flows through the same Flo Payments balance as one-time sales. Failed member charges may show Payment issues until the fan updates their card.

Free bookings do not add paid charges. Flo platform subscription (your plan bill) is separate from this Wallet.

Before Wallet works end-to-end

Set up Flo Payments
Settings → Payments or the Wallet empty state → identity, business details, bank — Flo Payments setup.
Connect bank
Payouts need a valid bank account on file — Connect bank.
Publish and sell
Products, bookings, courses, or memberships on your live page.
Check Overview
Watch Pending clear to Available, then payouts on your schedule or Pay out now.

Troubleshooting
