Flo Docs
Introduction

How It Works

Flo connects three pieces: you (the creator), your public page (what fans see at myflo.link/yourname), and Flo Payments (how money moves to your bank). Everything else — the builder, dashboard, Fan Hub, and Wallet — exists to connect those three.

This page walks through the full journey: how you set up offers, what fans experience, how money flows, and where to look when you want to improve results.

The journey in four steps

  1. You build and publish

Sign up at myflo.link, claim a username (your handle), and open Dashboard → Builder. Your page starts with a Profile Header block. Add more blocks from the left sidebar — products, email capture, links, text, courses, and (on Creator+) memberships and bookings.

Style the page in Page settings (fonts, background, button styles). When you are ready, click Publish in the top bar. Your page goes live at https://myflo.link/yourname.

    Pro plan required

On Pro or Studio, you can also connect a custom domain in Settings → Page & domain (for example links.yourbrand.com). DNS must verify before that URL works.

  2. Fans discover and convert

You share one link everywhere. Visitors land on your Flo page, scroll your blocks, and take action: join your list, buy a product, enroll in a course, book a session, or join a membership tier.

Flo records page views and conversions (clicks and completions) for Analytics. Email signups use double opt-in: new contacts start as pending until they click the confirmation link in email, then become subscribed and can receive broadcasts.

    Creator plan required

While an A/B test is running, some visitors see variant A or B (or more on Pro) instead of your default live page — traffic split is controlled in the builder.

  3. Flo processes payment

Paid checkouts run through Flo Payments in an embedded checkout flow on your page. Flo charges the buyer, applies your plan's platform percentage plus the $0.50 flat fee per transaction, and credits your Flo Payments balance.

Free products, $0 booking offers, and email capture do not require payment. Paid products, courses, memberships, and paid bookings require an Active Flo Payments earnings account — otherwise checkout cannot complete.

See Flo Payments for fee tables, gross-up vs net pricing, and onboarding.

  4. You get paid on schedule

Connect your bank in Settings → Flo Payments. After your earnings account is Active, sales appear in Dashboard → Wallet with pending and available balances.

Card revenue becomes available after a settlement window (7 days for new accounts, 2 days after 60 days of clean history). Flo initiates weekly payouts by default (Fridays) when your available balance meets the minimum ($10 USD). Daily and instant payout options unlock after 90 days on your payment account (instant also requires an eligible debit card).

Dashboard vs public page

SurfaceURL / entryWhat you do there
Dashboardmyflo.link after loginManage products, courses, memberships, bookings, subscribers, broadcasts, wallet, analytics, and settings
BuilderDashboard → BuilderDesign blocks, page settings, publish or Update live, run A/B tests
Public Flo pagemyflo.link/yournameWhat visitors and buyers see — your creator storefront
Fan Hub (portal)myflo.link/yourname/portalWhere members sign in for benefits, posts, and hub content (Creator+ memberships)
Course playermyflo.link/yourname/courses/...Where enrolled students watch lessons after purchase

Edits in the builder save to your draft until you Publish or Update live. Fans always see the last published snapshot (or an A/B variant while a test is running).

What fans can do on your page

Each block on your page maps to a fan action. You configure the block in the builder; Flo wires it to the right checkout, portal, or signup flow.

One page, many offers

You can mix blocks on a single page — for example email capture above a product and a booking block below. You do not need separate tools or separate links for each offer type.

Products

Create offers under Dashboard → Products, then attach them to a Sell a Product block. Checkout supports one-time pricing on all plans that can sell; subscription and payment plan pricing unlock on Creator+. See Products overview and Pricing.

Courses

Build curriculum under Dashboard → Courses, set pricing, and add a Sell a Course block. After purchase, students access lessons at your course URL. Free includes 1 course; Creator includes 3; Pro / Studio are unlimited. See Courses overview.

Memberships and Fan Hub

Creator plan required

Create a membership and tiers under Dashboard → Memberships, add a Membership block, and customize the member experience in Dashboard → Fan Hub. Paying members use the portal at myflo.link/yourname/portal for benefits you configure (content, community features, and linked products or bookings depending on your setup). Free cannot create memberships; Creator allows 1 membership with up to 3 tiers. See Memberships overview and Fan Hub overview.

Bookings

Creator plan required

Set Settings → Availability (timezone, weekly hours, buffers), create offers under Dashboard → Bookings, and add a Book a Session block. Visitors only see slots that match your rules. Creator allows 2 booking services; Pro / Studio are unlimited. See Bookings overview.

Email list and broadcasts

Capture Emails works on Free (up to 250 subscribers). Import and manage contacts under Dashboard → Subscribers.

Creator plan required

Broadcasts (newsletter sends) unlock on Creator5 per month on Creator, unlimited on Pro / Studio, with increasing email branding control. See Subscribers overview and Broadcasts overview.

Measure and improve

Open Dashboard → Analytics to see views, conversions, traffic sources, and a block leaderboard. History window depends on plan: 7 days (Free), 30 days (Creator), 90 days (Pro / Studio).

Creator plan required

Revenue analytics, UTM tracking, and the engagement heatmap unlock on Creator.

Pro plan required

CSV export and the full 90-day window unlock on Pro.

Creator plan required

To improve conversion on the page itself, use A/B testing: create variants in the builder, split traffic, read per-variant results, and Declare winner to apply the winning layout to your live page. Free cannot run tests; Creator supports 2 variants; Pro / Studio support up to 4.

Studio (agencies)

Studio plan required

Studio is for operators managing multiple creator brands: up to 10 profiles under one login, a unified dashboard, cross-profile analytics, and 3 custom domains. Each profile still has its own public page, portal, and Flo Payments connection. See Billing & plans when you are choosing a tier.
