Block Types
Your Flo page is built from blocks — scrollable sections below your profile header. Each block type does one job: capture an email, sell something, link out, add copy, or separate sections.

Names in the builder
The block library (right Block tab) and the Layers list sometimes use different labels for the same block — for example Newsletter in the library and Newsletter or Product in layers. The tables below list both where it helps.

Profile header
Not added from the library — every page starts with one profile header at the top.

Newsletter (email capture)
Grow your subscriber list. Signups go to Dashboard → Subscribers.

Double opt-in
New signups start as pending until they confirm by email. That protects your list and deliverability.

A button or card that opens any URL — social profile, affiliate link, calendar, or download.

Digital download & physical product (checkout)
Both library entries use the same checkout block. You pick Digital download or Physical product only as a hint; what matters is the product you connect in the editor.

Two different limits apply: whether you can add the block type, and how many offers you can create in the dashboard.

Settings every block shares
Once a block is selected, most types also support:
