Wallet & Payouts

Wallet Balances

The three numbers at the top of Dashboard → Grow → Wallet → Overview tell you how much you have earned, what is still clearing, and what you can move toward your bank.

They come from your Flo Payments account (powered by Stripe). You need payments connected and verified before the cards appear — see Connect bank and Flo Payments setup.

Overview tab only

The balance cards live on Wallet → Overview. The Earnings tab focuses on revenue charts and Pay out actions; Payouts shows history and schedule — Wallet overview.

The three balance cards

CardLabel in FloPlain meaning
1Available to withdrawMoney that has cleared and counts toward your next bank payout (subject to minimums and extra holds)
2PendingMoney from recent sales still in the settlement wait before it becomes available
3All-time earningsRunning total of net earnings Flo has recorded for you since you joined — not the same as “cash in the bank today”

Amounts show in your display currency (usually USD). If Flo cannot load balances, you see Balance unavailable instead of the cards.

Available to withdraw

This is the headline number for “what can leave Flo toward my bank on the next payout.”

What it includes

SourceCounted in Available?
Products, courses, memberships (paid)Yes, after each sale finishes its settlement wait
Paid bookingsYes, after the session passes and any booking payout hold clears
Refunds and disputesReduced when those events post — earnings adjust over time

What the caption means

Under the big number you may see:

CaptionMeaning
Green dot · Ready for Friday payoutYour available balance meets the minimum for a scheduled payout and you are on the default weekly schedule (Friday, UTC) — Payout schedule
$10.00 minimum not yet met (USD)Available is below Flo’s payout floor for your currency — funds stay until you reach the minimum

Minimum examples (Flo’s floors, in your display currency):

CurrencyMinimum available for payout
USD / CAD$10.00
GBP£8.00
EUR€9.00
AUD / NZD / SGDRoughly $15.00 equivalent

Other currencies use Flo’s configured floor for that currency (defaults to the USD-style amount if unknown).

Available vs what Pay out actually sends

The Available card shows your cleared balance from Stripe. When you tap Pay out on Earnings, Flo may send less than that full number because:

ReasonEffect
Booking payout holdPaid session earnings still waiting until after the session — Booking payout hold
Payout feesFee is taken from the amount sent — Wallet fees
Below minimumPayout button stays disabled until available meets the floor

So Available can look higher than what a manual payout allows. That is normal when you have upcoming paid bookings.

Pending

Pending is money from card sales that Stripe is still settling — it is yours, but not yet in Available.

How long Pending lasts

Your Flo Payments historyTypical settlement wait
Newer account (first ~60 days)About 7 days per sale from when the payment completes
Mature account (60+ days, clean history)About 2 days per sale

“Clean” means no payout failures or open disputes in that window. Flo can move you to the shorter delay automatically — you do not apply separately.

Each sale has its own clock starting when that payment succeeds.

Learn more on the card

Click the underlined line under Pending (for example 7-day hold · new account or 2-day hold · standard). A small panel explains:

Panel contentWhat it tells you
Why is there a hold?Your account’s settlement tier and path toward the 2-day standard delay
Progress barDays counted toward 60 days on Flo Payments for the shorter delay (when Flo Payments is active)

This payout hold label on Wallet → Overview → Your payout plan means the same settlement timing — not the per-booking session hold.

When Pending becomes Available

For a typical product, course, or membership sale, money moves in order:

StepWhat happensWallet card
1Fan pays successfullyPending goes up
2Settlement wait runsStays in Pending (~7 days on newer accounts, ~2 days once mature)
3Sale clearsThat amount moves from Pending to Available
4Your payout day (if above minimum)Eligible Available balance is sent to your bank — Payout schedule

Paid bookings follow the same Pending → Available path for settlement, but can stay blocked from Pay out even after step 3 until the session passes and the booking payout hold clears. That hold is a separate rule — not another step after money reaches your bank.

All-time earnings

All-time earnings is a lifetime counter on your Flo profile: Since you joined Flo.

TopicDetail
What it countsNet earnings Flo has recorded from your sales (after Flo’s fees on each charge, with refunds and similar adjustments over time)
What it is notNot the same as Available + Pending right now
Not a bank balanceMoney already paid out to your bank still counts toward all-time — it is historical performance, not “left in Wallet”

Use Recent sales below the cards for line-by-line purchases. Use Earnings for period charts — Wallet transactions.

How the pieces fit together

Paid sales often hit two waits before cash reaches your bank:

WaitWhere you notice itTypical length
Settlement (Pending)Pending card~7 days (new) or ~2 days (mature)
Booking hold (sessions only)Available looks high but Pay out is lower~24 hours after session startBooking payout hold
Payout schedulePayouts tabe.g. weekly Friday when above minimum

They run at the same time for bookings — not one after the other. A booking paid today for a session three weeks out often stays unavailable for payout longer than a product sale.

Example: product sale vs paid booking

EventPendingAvailableCan pay out to bank?
$50 product sold Monday~$50 until settlement clearsMoves to Available after ~7 or ~2 daysAfter settlement, if above minimum and no other holds
$80 paid booking Monday for session in 2 weeksBooking share may clear to Available on the usual settlement scheduleSame amount may still be held from payout until after session + bufferNot until booking hold clears, then next payout day

Other things that change balances

EventWhat to expect
Refund (e.g. booking cancel)Earnings drop; fan gets money back; hold on that booking clears
Dispute / chargebackDisputes section on Overview may list the case; amount can be held from balance until resolved
Failed payoutMoney usually returns to Available; fix bank details on Payouts / settings
Manual payoutEarnings → Pay out sends up to eligible available (after holds and fees), not Pending
