Fans List

The Fans page is your read-only roster of people who have signed in to your branded fan portal at least once. Each row is a fan profile tied to your account: name, email, how many course enrollments and product purchases they have with you, when they first joined the portal, and when Flo last saw them active.

Use it for support lookups, spotting repeat buyers, and confirming someone has a portal account before you gift membership or help them on My Membership. It is not your email subscriber list and not your membership billing roster.

Fans vs subscribers vs members

Flo keeps three audiences separate. Mixing them up is a common support mistake.

Signing in creates a fan row

Flo creates or updates a fan profile when someone completes Google or magic link sign-in on your portal login page. Buying a course or product without ever signing in does not add them here until they authenticate once.

Members are fans with an active (or past due) membership for your program — you still see them on Fans, but tier and cancel tools live in the Membership Hub and on the fan side under Membership management.

Open the Fans page

  1. From Fan Hub

Dashboard sidebar → PortalFan Hub. Under the header, click View and manage your fan list.

  2. Or go directly

Open /dashboard/fan-hub/fans while logged into the creator dashboard.

The page title is Fans. Under it, Flo shows a count line such as 12 fans across all your portals. — meaning everyone who has signed into your fan portal home, not a separate product per fan.

There is no Fans item in the main sidebar today; the Fan Hub shortcut is the usual entry.

Page layout

SectionWhat you see
HeaderFans title and total fan count
SearchFilter the table by email or display name
TableOne row per fan profile
PaginationPrevious / Next when more than 50 rows match your search

The table is read-only in the current version: you can search, sort, and flip pages, but you cannot export, delete, email, or change a fan from this screen. Row checkboxes may appear, but there is no bulk action bar — selecting rows does not trigger an action.

For membership changes, use Manage members. For list email, use Manage your list.

Table columns

ColumnWhat it means
FanAvatar (or first letter), display name when Flo has it, and email on the line below (or email alone if no name)
CoursesCount of course enrollments on your account — paid, free, or checkout enrollments stored in Flo. Does not include every course they can open only through membership classroom access if Flo never created an enrollment row
PurchasesCount of product purchases from you
JoinedCalendar date they first got a fan profile (portal sign-in), for example Mar 5, 2026
Last activeRelative time since their last portal visit, for example 2 days ago, or if Flo has not recorded activity yet

Bookings and memberships are not columns

Booking sessions and membership tier do not show on this table. Fans manage bookings under My Bookings in the portal (Fan library). You manage membership tier and billing in the Membership Hub.

Sorting

Click a column header to sort. Click again to flip newest first vs oldest first (or ascending vs descending for counts and names).

ColumnDefault when you first open the page
JoinedNewest fans first (sorted by join date, descending)
FanAlphabetical by name, then email
Courses / PurchasesLowest to highest or the reverse
Last activeMost recent activity first; rows with sort as if they were oldest

Changing search or sort returns you to page 1 of the results.

Search runs on the full fan list on your computer after Flo loads the page — it is for quick lookup, not advanced segmentation.

Pagination

Common workflows

GoalWhat to do
Confirm portal access before gifting a tierFind their email here (or ask them to sign in once), then use Membership Hub → Members → Gift access — Flo requires a fan profile (Manage members)
See if they bought a courseCheck Courses — enrollments from checkout or free enroll. For membership-only classroom access, also ask them to open My Courses or check Classroom in the hub
See if they bought a productCheck Purchases
Spot inactive fansSort Last active; means no recorded visit since join, or they have not returned since tracking started
Support “I can’t log in”Verify email matches what they use on Google or magic link; one row per email per creator — duplicate sign-ins merge into the same profile
Preview what fans seeFan Hub → Preview portalPortal preview

What this page does not do

ActionWhere to do it instead
Export CSVSubscribers → Export CSV for email list; Membership Hub → Members for membership export
Remove someone from emailManage your list
Change tier, cancel, or gift membershipManage members
Send a broadcastCompose a broadcast
Message a memberMembership Hub → Messages
Edit portal brandingFan Hub or Portal branding

Fans can delete their own portal account from Privacy & data in the portal; that removes their fan profile and auth login for your creator scope.

Troubleshooting

IssueWhat to check
Fan not on the listThey must complete sign-in on https://myflo.link/{your-username}/login at least once — a purchase alone is not enough
Courses shows 0 but they are a memberColumn counts enrollments, not membership classroom unlocks — check My Courses on their account or Classroom in the hub
Purchases shows 0They may only have courses, bookings, or membership — not a digital product purchase
Last active is —They joined but have not loaded a portal page since, or activity has not been recorded yet
Wrong emailFans sign in with the address tied to Google or magic link; they update display name in portal settings, not you from this table
Same person twiceFlo keeps one profile per email per creator — duplicates usually mean different emails
Count on Fan Hub vs Members tabFans = all portal sign-ins. Members = one program’s subscribers only
