Fans List
The Fans page is your read-only roster of people who have signed in to your branded fan portal at least once. Each row is a fan profile tied to your account: name, email, how many course enrollments and product purchases they have with you, when they first joined the portal, and when Flo last saw them active.
Use it for support lookups, spotting repeat buyers, and confirming someone has a portal account before you gift membership or help them on My Membership. It is not your email subscriber list and not your membership billing roster.

Fans vs subscribers vs members
Flo keeps three audiences separate. Mixing them up is a common support mistake.
| Fans list (this page) | Subscribers | Membership Hub → Members | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Path | Dashboard → Portal → Fan Hub → View and manage your fan list | Dashboard → Subscribers | Dashboard → Memberships → Open hub → Members |
| Who appears | Anyone who signed in to https://myflo.link/{your-username}/portal | People on your email list (broadcasts) | People with a membership row for one program |
| Typical use | “Have they logged into the portal?” · course/product counts | Send newsletters · import CSV · unsubscribe | Tier, billing, gift access, export, notes |
| Can you message from here? | No — view only | Unsubscribe / delete from list | DMs from Messages tab |
Signing in creates a fan row
Flo creates or updates a fan profile when someone completes Google or magic link sign-in on your portal login page. Buying a course or product without ever signing in does not add them here until they authenticate once.
Members are fans with an active (or past due) membership for your program — you still see them on Fans, but tier and cancel tools live in the Membership Hub and on the fan side under Membership management.
Open the Fans page
From Fan Hub
Dashboard sidebar → Portal → Fan Hub. Under the header, click View and manage your fan list.
Or go directly
Open
/dashboard/fan-hub/fanswhile logged into the creator dashboard.
The page title is Fans. Under it, Flo shows a count line such as 12 fans across all your portals. — meaning everyone who has signed into your fan portal home, not a separate product per fan.
There is no Fans item in the main sidebar today; the Fan Hub shortcut is the usual entry.
Page layout
| Section | What you see |
|---|---|
| Header | Fans title and total fan count |
| Search | Filter the table by email or display name |
| Table | One row per fan profile |
| Pagination | Previous / Next when more than 50 rows match your search |
The table is read-only in the current version: you can search, sort, and flip pages, but you cannot export, delete, email, or change a fan from this screen. Row checkboxes may appear, but there is no bulk action bar — selecting rows does not trigger an action.
For membership changes, use Manage members. For list email, use Manage your list.
Table columns
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Fan | Avatar (or first letter), display name when Flo has it, and email on the line below (or email alone if no name) |
| Courses | Count of course enrollments on your account — paid, free, or checkout enrollments stored in Flo. Does not include every course they can open only through membership classroom access if Flo never created an enrollment row |
| Purchases | Count of product purchases from you |
| Joined | Calendar date they first got a fan profile (portal sign-in), for example Mar 5, 2026 |
| Last active | Relative time since their last portal visit, for example 2 days ago, or — if Flo has not recorded activity yet |
Bookings and memberships are not columns
Booking sessions and membership tier do not show on this table. Fans manage bookings under My Bookings in the portal (Fan library). You manage membership tier and billing in the Membership Hub.
Sorting
Click a column header to sort. Click again to flip newest first vs oldest first (or ascending vs descending for counts and names).
| Column | Default when you first open the page |
|---|---|
| Joined | Newest fans first (sorted by join date, descending) |
| Fan | Alphabetical by name, then email |
| Courses / Purchases | Lowest to highest or the reverse |
| Last active | Most recent activity first; rows with — sort as if they were oldest |
Changing search or sort returns you to page 1 of the results.
Search
Use the field with placeholder Search by email or name…
| Behavior | Detail |
|---|---|
| Matches | Substring in email or display name (not case-sensitive) |
| Live filter | The table updates as you type |
| No matches | No matches found — Try adjusting your search. |
| Clears selection | Changing search resets any checked rows and pagination |
Search runs on the full fan list on your computer after Flo loads the page — it is for quick lookup, not advanced segmentation.
Pagination
Flo shows up to 50 fans per page.
| Situation | What you see |
|---|---|
| More than 50 matches | Footer Showing 1–50 of 142 (example) plus Previous and Next |
| 50 or fewer | Right-aligned 42 of 42 fans (filtered count vs total loaded) |
| Change page | Row selection clears when you move Previous or Next |
When the list is empty
No fans yet
If nobody has signed into your portal:
| Element | Copy |
|---|---|
| Title | No fans yet |
| Description | When someone signs into your fan portal, they'll appear here. |
| Button | Set up your portal → opens Fan Hub |
Share your portal login link (https://myflo.link/{your-username}/login) after you brand the portal and turn on the library sections fans need (Portal visibility).
Fans exist but search finds nothing
You see No matches found — adjust spelling or clear the search box to see everyone again.
Common workflows
| Goal | What to do |
|---|---|
| Confirm portal access before gifting a tier | Find their email here (or ask them to sign in once), then use Membership Hub → Members → Gift access — Flo requires a fan profile (Manage members) |
| See if they bought a course | Check Courses — enrollments from checkout or free enroll. For membership-only classroom access, also ask them to open My Courses or check Classroom in the hub |
| See if they bought a product | Check Purchases |
| Spot inactive fans | Sort Last active; — means no recorded visit since join, or they have not returned since tracking started |
| Support “I can’t log in” | Verify email matches what they use on Google or magic link; one row per email per creator — duplicate sign-ins merge into the same profile |
| Preview what fans see | Fan Hub → Preview portal — Portal preview |
What this page does not do
| Action | Where to do it instead |
|---|---|
| Export CSV | Subscribers → Export CSV for email list; Membership Hub → Members for membership export |
| Remove someone from email | Manage your list |
| Change tier, cancel, or gift membership | Manage members |
| Send a broadcast | Compose a broadcast |
| Message a member | Membership Hub → Messages |
| Edit portal branding | Fan Hub or Portal branding |
Fans can delete their own portal account from Privacy & data in the portal; that removes their fan profile and auth login for your creator scope.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Fan not on the list | They must complete sign-in on https://myflo.link/{your-username}/login at least once — a purchase alone is not enough |
| Courses shows 0 but they are a member | Column counts enrollments, not membership classroom unlocks — check My Courses on their account or Classroom in the hub |
| Purchases shows 0 | They may only have courses, bookings, or membership — not a digital product purchase |
| Last active is — | They joined but have not loaded a portal page since, or activity has not been recorded yet |
| Wrong email | Fans sign in with the address tied to Google or magic link; they update display name in portal settings, not you from this table |
| Same person twice | Flo keeps one profile per email per creator — duplicates usually mean different emails |
| Count on Fan Hub vs Members tab | Fans = all portal sign-ins. Members = one program’s subscribers only |
