Manage Members
The Members tab is your roster for one membership program: who joined, which tier they are on, billing status, referrals, and private notes. You can also add or gift access without a checkout.

Creator plan requiredYou need Creator or above and Flo Payments connected if you change paid tiers or cancel paying members.

Open the Members tab
Open the hub
Dashboard → Memberships → your program → Open hub.
Members
In the left navigation, click Members.
You can also open a shorter member list from Settings → Members inside the hub (see Settings members panel below).
Desktop recommended
The hub shows Community Hub works best on desktop at the top of the main area. The full member table and side drawer are easiest on a wide screen.
Top of the page — add or gift access
Above the search bar you will see Members with two buttons:

Click either button to expand the form; click Cancel to close it.
Requirements for both flows

| Signed in once | They must have signed in to your fan portal at least once. If Flo cannot find them, you will see a message to ask them to sign in first, then try again |

Add member

Description in the form: Grant access without payment. The fan must already have signed in to your portal.
Gift access

Description: Grant free access with an optional time limit. The fan must have signed in to your portal.
Both Gift access and Add member can send the welcome email when Send welcome email is on in hub or Studio settings. Gift access confirms it in the toast; Add member only shows Member added. Turn the welcome email off first if you want a silent comp.
Search and export

The filename looks like members-your-program-name-2026-05-19.csv.
Filters
Click Filters on the table card. A panel opens: Filter members.

Status filters

| Past due | Payment failed — member may still have access during your grace period — Billing & dunning |
| Paused | Billing paused — membership is on hold |
| Cancelled | No longer active (may still show until a paid period ends) |

The filter button shows a number badge when filters are active.
Member table columns
Click a row to open the member drawer (side panel). Click column headers to sort (click again to reverse).

Select multiple members (bulk actions)
Use the checkboxes on the left of the table.

Cancel memberships (bulk)
Flo asks you to confirm:

Confirm with Cancel memberships.

Paid members stay active until the end of the period they already paid for. Free, gifted, or manually added members are cancelled right away. Flo does not send a cancellation email for creator-initiated cancels.
Member drawer (click a row)
The drawer slides in from the right with the member’s name and email.

Lifetime value
Lifetime value — total paid across all membership payments for this person, with copy: Lifetime value across all membership payments.
Payment history
Payment history — list of charges and related events (newest first). Shows Show more if there are more than five entries.
If they have never paid, Flo shows No payment events recorded for this membership yet.
Private notes
Notes — Add private notes about this member…

Badges
Badges — tap badge pills to assign or remove them for this member.

Badges are cosmetic labels for recognition (emoji + name + color). They can also tie into Milestones automation.
Change tier
Change tier — move a paying or free member to another tier.

Changing tier on a paid member updates their subscription through Flo Payments. Connect your payout account in settings if Flo asks you to.
Settings members panel (compact list)
Hub → Settings → Members shows a lighter view:

Pause membership (settings list only)

Pause and resume are not on the full Members tab table — use Settings → Members for those shortcuts, or handle billing in your payment tools.
Member statuses — quick guide

Suggested workflows
Comp a speaker or VIP
Gift access
Members → Gift access → their email → tier → optional note.
Confirm in table
Search their name — status should be active.
Private note
Open the row → Notes → why they were comped.
Move someone to a higher tier
Open drawer
Click their row in Members.
Change tier
Pick the new tier (and price if asked) → Change tier.
Verify billing
Check Payment history and Renews column after Flo updates.
Export for a spreadsheet
Filter
Optional Filters — for example Active only, or one tier.
Export
Export CSV — or select rows → Export selected.
Troubleshooting

| Change tier disabled | Pick a different tier than current; select a price for paid members |
