Manage Your List

Dashboard → Subscribers is where you see everyone on your email list, check who confirmed, and clean up contacts before you send Broadcasts.

For how people join and what pending / subscribed mean, see Subscribers overview. For CSV backup details, see Import & export.

Open the page

From the dashboard sidebar, click Subscribers. The URL is /dashboard/subscribers.

At the top you see a summary line, for example:

  • 142 people on your list
  • 128 subscribed
  • 6 pending (only if any exist)
  • +14 this month (new subscribed contacts this calendar month)

Export CSV in the header downloads a spreadsheet of the list (respects filters — see Export).

Stat cards

Three cards sit below the reputation row:

CardWhat it shows
Total subscribersEvery row (all statuses). May show ↑ N this month when you gained subscribed contacts this month
Confirmed rateDonut chart — percent subscribed, with “X of Y confirmed” below
Recent activity+N joined this month (subscribed only) and Last joined … (for example 2 days ago) or No recent joins

Use Confirmed rate after a launch: many pending rows mean fans have not clicked the confirmation email yet.

Reputation and list health

CardWhen to look
Sender ReputationScore out of 100 (Excellent / Good / Fair / Poor), complaint rate, bounce rate, 30‑day sends, and warnings if sending is throttled or suspended
List health · SES tiersHot / Warm / Cool / Cold tiers (broadcast pacing), plus SES suppressed, hard bounced, spam complaints, unconfirmed, and recent new/unsub counts

You do not edit subscribers here — these cards help you decide whether it is safe to send a big broadcast. Details: Sender reputation · Broadcast deliverability.

Search and filter

Use the search field: Search by name or email…

Flo matches if the text appears in the email or first name (not case-sensitive). Results update as you type. Changing search resets to page 1 and clears row selection.

Status filters

Filter pills next to the search box:

FilterShows
AllEvery status
SubscribedConfirmed — can receive broadcasts
PendingSigned up but has not confirmed by email
UnsubscribedOpted out or you marked them unsubscribed

Only one status filter is active at a time.

Subscriber table

ColumnWhat you see
SubscriberInitials avatar, first name (if collected), and email
StatusGreen Subscribed, amber Pending, or gray Unsubscribed
SourceYour Newsletter block headline if set; otherwise Newsletter, Manual, or Page block
JoinedDate they confirmed, or signup date if still pending
(actions)Unsubscribe

Sort

Click a sortable column header to change order:

ColumnSort behavior
SubscriberA–Z / Z–A by email
StatusGroups by status
JoinedOldest or newest first

Default sort is newest joined first. Click the same header again to flip direction.

Pagination

The table shows 50 rows per page. At the bottom:

  • 1–50 of 142 (example range)
  • Previous / Next
  • Page 2 / 3

Changing page clears your checkbox selection.

Lists over 500 contacts

Flo loads up to 500 subscribers on this screen at once. If your list is larger, use Export CSV for a backup and contact support until expanded loading is available — Import & export.

Empty states

MessageMeaning
No subscribers yetNobody on the list — add a Newsletter block and Go to builder
No matchesSearch or filter excluded everyone — clear search or try All

Select rows and bulk actions

Check the box on the left of any row. When at least one row is selected, a bulk bar appears:

ControlAction
N subscribers selectedCount of checked rows
ExportDownload CSV of selected rows only
DeletePermanently remove selected rows (no extra confirm dialog — act carefully)
XClear selection

Select all on this page

The header checkbox selects every row on the current page (up to 50), not the entire filtered list across pages. To bulk-export many contacts, filter first, export each page, or use Export CSV in the header for all filtered rows at once.

Success toasts:

  • Subscriber unsubscribed. (single row)
  • Deleted N subscriber(s). (bulk delete)

Unsubscribe vs delete

Choose the right action for what you need:

ActionWhereWhat happens
UnsubscribeRow menuStatus → unsubscribed; row stays in the table; they stop getting broadcasts
DeleteBulk bar (one or more rows selected)Row is removed from your list entirely
Use Unsubscribe when…Use Delete when…
Fan asked to stop emails but you want a recordYou need to free a plan slot or remove bad data
You might reference history laterYou are sure the row should be gone
GDPR “do not mail” but keep auditDuplicate or test addresses to clean up

Delete does not erase past broadcast send logs. Fans can also unsubscribe themselves from links in emails.

There is no Delete on a single row menu today — only Unsubscribe. To remove one person completely, select their row and use bulk Delete.

Bulk delete is immediate

Flo does not show a second “Are you sure?” popup for bulk Delete. Export a backup first if you are unsure — Import & export.

Troubleshooting

Cannot find someoneClear search; set filter to All; they may be past the 500 load window
Unsubscribe greyed or failsRefresh the page; toast Failed to unsubscribe. Please try again.
Deleted by mistakeNo undo — restore from your last Export CSV if you have one
Selected 50 but expected moreHeader checkbox is this page only — repeat per page or use filtered Export CSV
Export CSV has fewer rows than totalActive search/filter, or 500 load cap
Joined date looks wrong for pendingJoined uses signup date until they confirm
Source says ManualRow was not from a Newsletter block — Import & export
Counts differ from BroadcastsBroadcasts use subscribed only; table includes all statuses
