Weekly Schedule

Your weekly schedule is the repeating pattern fans book against — for example “Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM” in your timezone. It lives inside Availability on the Bookings dashboard.

This is separate from date overrides (one-off vacation days or special hours) and from booking offers (how long and how much each session costs).

Card subtitle: Your recurring hours — clients see open slots based on these windows.

All times on this card use the timezone you pick on the right side of the page. Set that first if you have not already — see Timezone.

What the weekly schedule controls

Flo stores one open window per weekday. You cannot set “9–12 and 2–5” on the same Tuesday in the weekly grid — use a custom hours date override for a one-off split day, or widen the daily window.

The seven day rows

Days are listed Monday through Sunday, top to bottom. Each row has:

Turning a day on or off

Off — Fans will not see that weekday in the booking picker, unless you add a custom hours date override for a specific calendar date that falls on that weekday.
On — That weekday can show up on your page when it falls within Flo’s booking date range and passes your notice rules.

If every day is off and you have no custom hours overrides, fans will not see any bookable dates from your weekly schedule.

Choosing start and end times

When a day is on, pick Start and End from dropdowns.

Time steps	Every 30 minutes (6:00, 6:30, 7:00, …)
Earliest start	6:00 AM
Latest end	10:00 PM
Timezone	All labels follow your availability timezone, not the fan’s

Flo keeps end after start:

If you move Start to or past the current End, End moves forward by one hour.
If you move End to or before the current Start, Start moves back by one hour (but not earlier than 6:00 AM).

You cannot set an end time before the start time.

Evening cutoff at 10:00 PM

The latest End you can pick is 10:00 PM. If you routinely take calls later, set End to 10:00 PM and use a date override with custom hours on days you stay open later — or widen policy in your offer description so fans know the last bookable slot may be earlier than your real cutoff (because slots must fit entirely inside the window).

Copy Mon to all weekdays

At the top right of the Weekly schedule card: Copy Mon to all weekdays.

What it copies	What it does not copy

Use it when Monday–Friday share the same hours. Set Monday first, click the button, then adjust Saturday / Sunday separately if you work weekends.

Weekends stay separate

Copy Mon to all weekdays only affects Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Your weekend rows are untouched.

How weekly hours become bookable slots

Fans do not book “your whole Tuesday window” as one block. Flo offers start times for a specific session duration from your booking offer (for example 60 or 90 minutes).

Factor	Effect on slots
Weekly window	A slot must start inside your open hours and end by your End time (or exactly at End for the last allowed slot)
Session duration	A 90-minute offer needs a 90-minute gap inside the window — a 9:00 AM–10:00 AM window cannot fit a 90-minute session
Buffer between sessions	Flo spaces slots using your account buffer (and may use a per-offer buffer when confirming) — see Buffer and minimum notice
Minimum notice	Soonest bookable times are pushed out (for example nothing in the next 24 hours if notice is 24 hours)
Existing bookings & Google busy	Taken or busy times disappear from the list

Example: Tuesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 60-minute session, 15-minute buffer — fans might see 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:30 AM, … until the last slot that still ends by 5:00 PM.

Schedule preview (right column)

As you edit the weekly grid, Schedule preview below your timezone and buffer cards updates:

Your timezone name

Use it to catch mistakes (for example Friday accidentally left off) before you save.

Saving your weekly hours

Weekly changes are not live until you save the whole Availability page.

Edit your days
Toggle days on or off and set Start / End. Use Copy Mon to all weekdays if it helps.
Check timezone and preview
Confirm the timezone clock on the right looks correct and Schedule preview matches what you expect.
Click Save changes
Top-right Save changes. Wait for the success message Availability saved.
Publish if needed
If your Flo page was already live, you usually do not need to republish for availability alone — but always Publish or Update live after first adding a booking block.

If you started a date override at the bottom of the card, Save changes saves the weekly schedule and any pending override together. Removing an existing override from the list saves immediately when you click Remove.

Flo warns you before leaving the page with unsaved weekly edits.

Common setups

Situation	Suggested approach
Standard Mon–Fri office hours	Set Monday, use Copy Mon to all weekdays, turn Saturday / Sunday off
Evenings only on weekdays	Example: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM on each on-day (remember last bookable slot may be earlier than 8:00 PM depending on duration + buffer)
Weekends only	Turn weekdays off; turn Saturday and/or Sunday on with your hours
Different hours per day	Set each row manually — copy Monday only when Tue–Fri match
Closed every Monday	Leave Monday off
Lunch break on one Tuesday	Weekly grid cannot split the day — use a custom hours date override for that Tuesday, or use one continuous window and manage lunch outside Flo
Vacation week	Date overrides → Blocked (whole day) for each date, instead of turning off weekdays globally

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to check
A weekday never appears for fans	That day’s toggle is off, or only blocked overrides apply — turn the day on or add custom hours for specific dates
No times on an open day	Session duration longer than the window; buffer eating gaps; minimum notice hiding soon slots; everything already booked or busy on Google Calendar
Last slot seems too early	Last start time must allow the full session to finish by End; buffer adds gap between displayed slots
Hours look wrong in emails or calendar	Timezone on the same page — weekly times always follow that zone
Changes not reflected	Click Save changes; open your public page in a private window to test
Need hours outside 6 AM–10 PM	Use date overrides with custom hours for those dates (same 6 AM–10 PM pickers in the override form)
