Common Issues
My page shows Draft / not found
- Click Publish in the builder
- If you unpublished, click Publish again
- Custom domain: confirm Verified DNS and page is live
Checkout fails or "payments not set up"
- Finish Settings → Payments until charges and payouts are enabled
- Paid price must be ≥ ~$0.50 USD equivalent
- Try a test purchase in a private window
Fans did not get the confirmation email
- Ask them to check spam
- Confirm they are pending vs subscribed in Subscribers
- Your sending domain must be verified in Settings → Email sending
Broadcast will not send
- Add Physical address under Settings → Profile
- Confirm you are on Creator+ and within monthly send limit
- Check reputation / suspension banners on Subscribers
Payout is late or missing
- Funds may still be pending (7-day or 2-day settlement)
- Booking revenue can be on hold until the session passes
- Balance must exceed $10 USD minimum (or currency equivalent)
- Failed payout: update bank in Settings → Payments
A/B test will not start
- Upgrade to Creator for A/B testing
- Only one draft or running test per page — end the other first
- Click Start test in Split test panel
Coupon does not work
- Code is case-insensitive but must match exactly
- Check expires at and max uses
- Discounted total must stay above Flo’s minimum paid charge
